As the Principal Lead of Professional Practice, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure competent, interdisciplinary practice and excellence in patient care for all regulated and non-regulated professionals (excluding medical and nursing staff) across the Vitalité Health Network. This role is crucial for developing quality practice environments, ensuring professional compliance, and fostering partnerships to advance healthcare practices.
What you need
6 must-haves- Education Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- Certification Active member in good standing of a New Brunswick regulatory body
- Experience 10+ years of experience in the healthcare field, demonstrating progressive leadership
- Language Essential bilingualism (French and English)
- Experience Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures
- Experience Significant experience in collaborative and interdisciplinary work
Nice to have
