Accessibility statement

Built to be used by everyone.

Mafra Talents is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, and to improving it whenever someone tells us it falls short.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we have done

  • Text and interface colours meet the AA contrast ratio, including the wine and brass of our brand.
  • No text on the site is smaller than 15 pixels.
  • Every page has a clear heading structure and a link to skip straight to the content.
  • Every function works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • Form fields have visible labels, and errors are shown next to the field that needs fixing.
  • Images carry text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Motion is reduced or removed when your device asks for less motion.

Known limitations

Booking a call opens Calendly, a third-party service with its own accessibility statement. If it does not work for you, use the contact form instead and we will arrange the call with you directly.

Tell us what does not work

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, write to us through the contact page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will fix it or find another way to help you.
